Great Massingham Neighbourhood Development Plan – Consultation Event
A consultation will be held at Great Massingham Village Hall from 7.00pm to 8.30pm on Monday 2nd June.
The NDP Committee, as part of the final plan, must include proposals for views of the village that capture the essential character of Great Massingham which should be Safeguarded when considering future developments.
The Committee has sought initial proposals for views and green spaces from earlier
consultation and interested groups in the village. Armed with these suggestions for
important views, the Committee and involved villagers set off on a planned route around
Massingham to assess these proposals on 1st March. This assessment delivered twelve
sites for further consideration.
The process now moves on and the Committee are seeking your opinions on the views and spaces you value in the Village. To this end, you are invited to attend on the 2nd June at 7.00pm and participate.
The evening will follow the agenda below:-
· 7.00pm - Introduction and summary of the 1st March Walk and the route taken.
· 7:10 - 8:00pm - Talk through each view and seek comments/discussion.
· 8:00 - 8:30pm - Ask everyone to look at the pictures of the views and fill in a survey.
· 8:30pm The formal meeting ends but further discussion can be held.
